Senior Manager, Channel Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Manager, Channel Operations, you will take on the strategic responsibility for Channel Operations at Cyera.

• Collaborate closely with Channel & Alliances leadership to design and enhance the Channel operating model.

• Create clear operational frameworks that outline how Cyera engages with GSIs, Resellers & VARs, Technology Alliances, and CSP partners.

• Assist in defining and operationalizing the channel operating cadence, including QBR inputs, metric reviews, planning cycles, and business insights.

• Establish, track, and continually refine KPIs that assess channel effectiveness and growth.

• Oversee and advance core Channel Ops processes, ensuring they are scalable, well-documented, and designed for growth.

• Act as the business owner for Channel Operations workflows within Salesforce.

• Manage and mentor one Channel Ops individual contributor, providing guidance, prioritization, and professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or GTM Operations, particularly in support of partner-led growth within a SaaS environment (cybersecurity experience is strongly preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations; comfortable functioning as both a thought partner and a creator.

• Experience in supporting complex partner ecosystems, including GSIs, Resellers/VARs, Technology Alliances, and CSPs.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce, with the capability to design reliable reporting, dashboards, and workflows that leadership trusts and utilizes.

• Experience in managing or mentoring others, acting as a senior partner to Channel leadership.

• A natural inclination to think in terms of repeatability, leverage, and long-term growth instead of short-term solutions.
