• Lead and nurture a team of 6–10 Domain Engineering Specialists, genuinely investing in their professional growth through technical mentoring, structured career progression, and fostering a culture where individuals feel challenged, valued, and proud of their contributions.
• Define and implement the team’s technical enablement strategy, emphasizing emerging capabilities in AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and cyber resilience.
• Oversee the team’s participation in complex, large-scale customer onboardings, including multi-environment migrations, hybrid and multi-cloud transformations, and enterprise-wide resilience deployments that necessitate deep architectural engagement and meticulous coordination.
• Mentor specialists to enhance their expertise in ransomware recovery, immutable storage, multi-cloud data protection, and Kubernetes-native backup, while creating clear pathways for their growth into recognized experts both within and outside of Veeam.
• Develop and expand a content and resource hub that broadens the team’s impact beyond one-on-one customer interactions, including technical playbooks, reference architectures, self-service assessment tools, and evergreen enablement materials.
• Design and execute high-impact customer engagement initiatives—webinars, roundtables, virtual workshops, executive briefings, and community forums—that showcase Veeam’s expertise to larger audiences and create scalable interaction points throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Establish and uphold the team’s reputation as a credible technical authority in discussions with customer engineering, architecture, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive process enhancements and playbooks that amplify impact without proportionately increasing headcount.

• Build and sustain cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure coordinated customer outcomes.
• Act as an executive-level escalation point for intricate technical and strategic customer issues.
• Exemplify and reinforce a high-performance culture rooted in intellectual curiosity, ownership, and a genuine commitment to customers and colleagues alike.
• Additionally, fulfill other responsibilities as the business evolves and grows.
• 8+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, or other related customer-facing technical roles—preferably within enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or data management sectors.
• 4+ years of experience in people management, with a proven history of building and scaling high-performing technical teams where culture serves as a competitive advantage, rather than an afterthought.
• Extensive knowledge of data protection and cyber resilience, including ransomware recovery architectures, immutability strategies, air-gapped backup, and recovery time/point objectives at an enterprise scale.
• Practical familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly how organizations operationalize AI workloads and the data infrastructure that supports them (data pipelines, model training environments, vector databases, LLMOps).
• Strong understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native patterns—Kubernetes, containers, serverless, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), and multi-cloud data governance.
• Proficient in modern infrastructure concepts: hybrid cloud architectures, software-defined storage, disaster recovery as code, and observability stacks.
• Ability to engage credibly in security framework discussions—Zero Trust, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, and regulatory environments (GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
• Experience leading or managing large-scale, complex customer onboardings with multiple stakeholders, integrated environments, and significant technical and organizational complexity.
• Proven capability to develop scalable content programs—technical resource hubs, reference architectures, webinars, workshops—that extend expert knowledge to audiences beyond direct engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to guide teams through uncertainty in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Strong executive communication skills—capable of distilling complex technical risks into business-impact narratives for CISO, CIO, and board-level audiences.
• Experience utilizing data and telemetry to inform coaching decisions and enhance team performance.
• Adaptable, high-agency operator who sets direction proactively and brings others along on the journey.

• Worldwide travel insurance for business and leisure, with the option to enroll dependents.
• Employee Assistance Program providing therapy, legal, and financial support, as well as online GP services and wellness programs.
• Opportunities for learning and growth through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentorship, workshops, and events like our annual Global Day of Learning.
