This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in the design and enhancement of BetterHelp’s care models, which encompass workflows and AI-supported experiences.
• Aid in strategic decision-making by pinpointing gaps, opportunities, and trade-offs within the existing care model.
• Examine clinical, product, and operational data, and distill findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders, practice management, and influencing product, clinical, and business strategies.
• Collaborate with Data teams to create analyses and dashboards that facilitate ongoing decision-making.
• Work alongside our Strategic Partnerships team to assess, pilot, and implement clinical care partnerships.
• Convert partnership opportunities into defined clinical requirements, success metrics, and operational plans.
• Assist in comprehensive execution, including pilot design, rollout, performance tracking, and iterations.
• Ensure that partnerships are consistent with BetterHelp’s clinical standards, safety expectations, and long-term care model strategy.
• Offer clinical insights to inform model design, product development, and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform clinical requirements into scalable product features and experiences.
• Contribute to research studies or internal evaluations.
• Support Clinical Department initiatives, including office hours, newsletters, and other team programs as required.
• Represent BetterHelp at public events, webinars, presentations, and/or conferences.
• A graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in counseling, psychology, or social work.
• Clinical experience in mental health (e.g., psychotherapy, telemedicine, digital mental health, or similar care environments).
• Background in digital mental health with a comprehensive understanding of the mental health technology landscape and available solutions.
• Familiarity with AI functionalities and their applications throughout the mental health care journey.
• Experience with data science applications within healthcare settings.
• Proficiency in working with data (e.g., analyzing datasets, identifying patterns, and drawing conclusions) to support strategy and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey clinical expertise and strategy using data-driven methods into clear operational and product guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
