This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Drive the adoption of solutions and meet annual procedural targets.
• Engage with existing accounts alongside partner organizations.
• Develop strategic partnerships and perform root-cause analyses of client drop-off rates to enhance recovery solution usage.
• Create and implement patient referral frameworks connecting neurology departments with external healthcare ecosystems.
• Present data-driven strategic initiatives to the Managing Director aimed at improving team efficiency and clinical outcomes.
• Optimize accounts by phasing out low-performing sites and discontinuing single-case-day operations.
• Align neurologists and neurosurgeons to foster the adoption of focused ultrasound clinical practices and patient-centered care pathways.
• Collaborate on site-specific launch strategies and timelines to increase treatment volumes across existing sites.
• Lead market awareness and advocacy initiatives in partnership with the AGM Strategic Growth Pathway and Marketing team.
• Coordinate with the service team to reduce equipment downtime and oversee service contracts and partner inquiries.
• Work with the application team to manage clinical inquiries and enhance treatment proficiency at existing sites.
• Establish a strategic focus on Essential Tremor and Parkinson’s Disease market segments.
• Convert clinical and market insights into growth strategies for each existing site.
• Implement content programs aimed at addressing confidence deficits and accelerating patient throughput.
• Ensure accuracy in weekly reports, treatment forecasts, and updates on the status of installed-base accounts.
• Promote patient treatment volume, year-over-year account utilization growth, and performance at newly launched sites.
• Contribute to the overall success of the AGM strategic growth pathway and the acceleration towards standard care practices.
• Report directly to the Managing Director of APAC Growth Markets.
• 7–10 years of proven success in medical device sales.
• Experience in progressive leadership roles.
• Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Commercial experience in movement disorders and/or driving program growth.
• Strong sales skills and a process-oriented approach.
• At least 5 years of experience in a startup or early-stage commercial setting.
• Minimum of 5 years implementing innovative products and increasing procedure volume in new accounts/markets by influencing clinical and administrative stakeholders preferred.
• Strong analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently; reliable and responsible.
• Proven ability to coach and manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Salesforce with the ability to extract SFDC data for reporting, analysis, and strategic planning purposes.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to align with strategic objectives.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 70% of work time.
• MBA is preferred.
