This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the delivery and support for achieving process excellence.
• Collaborate with business leaders to foresee business requirements and facilitate decision-making through process enhancements, best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, and comprehensive process governance.
• Direct the design, improvement, standardization, and optimization of Cox Fleet processes across the organization.
• Assist in strategic transformation initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, and projects sponsored by executives.
• Create plans, pursue objectives, partner with business stakeholders, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Implement daily operations for Cox Fleet transformation programs.
• Identify efficiencies and enhance solutions involving people, processes, and technology across Cox Fleet functions.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and competitive intelligence evaluations, including ongoing target setting.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to develop a metrics and performance management strategy and foster a culture around it.
• Design and integrate continuous process improvement and end-to-end process assessment methodologies.
• Own process standards for data, reporting, systems security, compliance, controls, change management, and process excellence.
• Cultivate governance and maintain business-partner relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Formulate and execute group goals, policies, priorities, and procedures in conjunction with Operations and other stakeholders.
• Manage, prioritize, and adjudicate technology enhancements while supporting the roadmap of solutions with Technology.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors as required.
• Undertake special projects as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8 years of relevant experience; alternatives include a master’s degree and 6 years of experience, a Ph.D. with 3 years of experience, or 12 years of experience in a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in consulting, continuous improvement, project management, or other relevant areas is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior corporate management.
• Experience in continuous improvement and project management.
• Proven experience in driving organizational change, including large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Successful history of leading high-performing teams under tight deadlines and enhancing efficiencies.
• Proven capability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Experience managing large-scale, high-volume systems and multiple functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, with potential for additional travel as needed.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must currently possess authorization to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship will be offered now or in the future.
• Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP certification is a plus.
