This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, engage, and establish new advertiser partnerships within high-growth sectors.
• Develop and oversee a solid sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
• Manage the complete demand-side sales process, encompassing prospecting, needs assessment, value proposition, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Serve as a strategic consultant for advertisers by comprehending their KPIs and growth targets, aligning AdAction’s rewarded solutions with their aspirations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Solutions, and Marketing to ensure effective onboarding, successful launches, and sustained partner success.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of advertiser funnels, optimization strategies, and performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion rates, quality scores, and incremental lift.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to guide vertical expansion and product strategy.
• Represent AdAction at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
• Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting within the CRM system.
• Provide senior-level insights on advertiser strategies, market positioning, and future product innovation.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, or demand-side ad tech sales, along with a proven track record of revenue growth.
• An established network within relevant advertiser sectors, especially in Gaming and non-Gaming verticals.
• Profound knowledge of paid acquisition channels, attribution models, ROAS optimization, and user acquisition performance metrics.
• Strong familiarity with AI-driven tools and concepts related to targeting, measurement, and performance enhancement.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging marketing teams, user acquisition leaders, and senior executives.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Highly self-driven, strategic, and adept at functioning in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
