Senior Manager, Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute growth strategies aimed at key markets and sectors.

• Discover and chase new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and inbound leads.

• Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to guide business strategy.

• Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.

• Cultivate robust relationships with decision-makers across various industries, providing customized business solutions.

• Develop proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations that align with client requirements.

• Establish long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.

• Serve as a point of contact for escalations, ensuring that issues are addressed effectively and professionally.

• Uphold a customer-centric approach, tailoring solutions to meet client pain points and objectives.

• Collaborate with marketing to synchronize outreach campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Customer Success) to provide seamless solutions.

• Keep detailed records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and produce regular sales reports and forecasts.

• Mentor junior team members, such as BDRs and SDRs, assisting in the development of their sales and outreach skills.

• Participate in enhancing internal processes to boost lead conversion and sales efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (15–25 years) in B2B sales within Cybersecurity, business development, or a similar field.

• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).

• Capacity to handle multiple complex deals concurrently in a fast-paced setting.

• Strategic thinker with robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
