Senior Manager, Business Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a scalable strategy for the business application stack, which includes Salesforce, Zendesk, Projector PSA, HubSpot, Smartsheet, and PandaDoc.

• Provide functional leadership to a diverse team comprising business analysts, system administrators, and technical engineers; establish priorities, oversee performance objectives, and foster technical skills development.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders across various business units to convert operational workflows into secure, automated system configurations.

• Oversee software procurement processes, negotiate vendor contracts, manage license utilization metrics, and analyze total cost of ownership (TCO).

• Ensure adherence to corporate information security policies, identity access management (IAM) frameworks, and international consumer privacy regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent validated professional experience.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing technical teams, systems engineering groups, or business application analysts within a global enterprise or rapidly growing corporate setting.

• Extensive conceptual and practical understanding of cloud-based business architectures.

• Proven track record in managing multi-vendor software ecosystems, complex contract renewals, and cross-departmental technology budgets.
