This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the US Brand lead and XF team, facilitating the transformation of insights into actionable strategies and defining brand objectives and priorities.
• Oversee the orchestration and operational rhythm of the brand, which includes team meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), forecasts, and weekly performance updates.
• Aid in monitoring performance, key initiatives, and business metrics; consolidate insights for leadership review.
• Contribute to the development of essential business presentations and assist with performance updates, brand strategies, sales presentations, and other strategic outputs.
• Collaborate with the brand, finance, and XF team to ensure budget alignment with business priorities.
• Serve as a connector among cross-functional partners and initiatives, including marketing, contracting, field account teams, forecasting, analytics, finance, patient access, legal, regulatory, and others, to foster effective teamwork.
• Guarantee cross-functional alignment and proactively identify potential execution synergies or risks.
• Lead the implementation of selected marketing initiatives, encompassing digital and field tools.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely execution of projects.
• Work with the contracts and pricing team to support the execution of key initiatives.
• Ensure coordination between brand activities and access/pricing considerations where relevant.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of commercial experience OR
• Master’s degree with 4 years of commercial experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of commercial experience OR
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of commercial experience OR
• High school diploma / GED with 12 years of commercial experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech brand management, marketing, and/or contracts and pricing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional matrix to deliver results.
• Capable of strategic thinking, simplifying complex data/information into actionable insights, and translating ideas into tangible results.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel in a professional context.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and produce high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Quick learner who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment; demonstrates a professional, self-initiated attitude with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in supporting business planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with and understanding of the US market access landscape.
