This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
β’ Create a strategy for audience growth on Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
β’ Provide guidance on content themes, pillars, and positioning to establish a unique social brand.
β’ Suggest strategies for Reels and short-form video content, including cadence and formats.
β’ Develop and oversee community engagement programs and partnerships with creators and fans.
β’ Offer strategic recommendations for paid media (Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube) to support brand expansion.
β’ Identify target demographics and provide insights on segmentation and growth prospects.
β’ Work alongside the filmmaker and internal teams to ensure social strategy aligns with overall brand goals.
β’ Demonstrated experience in audience growth, social media strategy, and paid media within the entertainment, media, or creator-led sectors.
β’ Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, Meta (Facebook), and short-form video content creation.
β’ Deep knowledge of community development and creator engagement strategies.
β’ Capability to work independently as a freelance consultant while offering strategic insights.
β’ Preference for candidates based in the US or those with a strong understanding of the US film and entertainment audience.
