Senior Manager – Bankruptcy Claims and Noticing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Leads the client engagement team throughout all stages of a project.

• Prepares legal documents, such as affidavits and exhibits essential for fulfilling court-appointed responsibilities.

• Ensures the integrity of data within notice lists.

• Demonstrates outstanding client service abilities.

• Assists in business development initiatives.

• Develops and sustains a growth pipeline.

• Acts as one of the firm's key contacts for the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy noticing and the claims solicitation process.

• A minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity.

• Proven experience collaborating with key bankruptcy stakeholders in the noticing and solicitation of bankruptcy claims.

• Juris Doctorate or L.L.M. in Bankruptcy Law is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative, and ever-evolving environment.

• Ability to execute tasks effectively, efficiently, and with high quality under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in computer skills, with intermediate or advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
