Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Lead efforts for the turnaround and recovery of struggling projects and programs.

• Foster governance, accountability, and execution across various initiatives.

• Manage extensive global programs involving diverse and multicultural teams.

• Function effectively within hybrid delivery environments that integrate traditional and agile methodologies.

• Enhance project execution standards, which include reporting, testing, governance, and delivery processes.

• Collaborate across three management levels to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery.

• Guide the alignment of Enterprise and Solution Architecture throughout implementations.

• Refine and optimize digital sales strategies and sales operations.

• Supervise initiatives concerning Configurators, Pricing systems, Quotation platforms, and Digital sales platforms.

• Promote initiatives aimed at unifying digital customer experiences across various platforms.

• Oversee the integration and consolidation of multiple customer portals.

• Ensure that customer-facing digital solutions align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing complex global programs and projects.

• Proven track record in turnaround management and revitalizing failing initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Digital Commerce and Digital Customer Experience programs.

• Experience in B2B industrial or production environments (not B2C).

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior business stakeholders and external partners.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience leading globally distributed teams within intricate matrix organizations.
