📋 Description

• Spearhead the execution of transformation initiatives, collaborating with clients to tackle intricate operational and organizational issues.

• Supervise teams, ensure high delivery standards, and assist clients in realizing sustainable advancements in safety, operational efficiency, and resilience.

• Lead consulting teams and oversee delivery across various workstreams.

• Establish strong, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.

• Recognize operational risks and performance deficiencies while crafting practical, value-driven solutions.

• Guarantee high-quality, timely, and impactful project execution.

• Mentor, coach, and develop consultants and managers.

• Foster account growth through proposal development, opportunity shaping, and client engagement.

• Contribute to capability enhancement, knowledge dissemination, and continual improvement within dss+.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in management consulting with a focus on operational risk, operational excellence, safety, or sustainability.

• Demonstrated ability in leading complex projects and managing teams effectively.

• Background in asset-intensive, operationally challenging industries.

• Proven capability in cultivating and managing senior client relationships.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in managing multiple workstreams within complex settings.

• Commercial awareness paired with structured problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
