Senior Manager, AR/Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team consisting of 4 Coordinators and 1 Senior Analyst while managing their workloads.

• Supervise the management of customer contracts related to Kraft Heinz merchandising events, which include Ads, EDLCs, and TPRs.

• Ensure contracts are executed accurately and on time.

• Handle bill payment tasks for designated retailers, including reviewing invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.

• Manage relationships with third-party contracting and payment partners.

• Promote process discipline, establish standard work procedures, and foster continuous improvement within contract and bill payment operations.

• Collaborate with Customer Sales Managers and other stakeholders to align objectives, address issues, and meet the needs of the customer team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in sales operations, customer support, accounts receivable, procurement support, contract administration, bill payment, or related fields.

• Previous experience in a leadership role.

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with customer portals or comparable web-based systems.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
