Senior Manager, AI Solutions – Medicaid RFP Writing and Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation, governance, and enhancement of AI and automation solutions aimed at improving proposal quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Create and sustain AI-powered content libraries, knowledge bases, prompt frameworks, and automation workflows.

• Collaborate with proposal managers, subject matter experts, and technology stakeholders to assist in AI-driven drafting, compliance assessments, content analysis, and workflow improvements.

• Design and implement training, coaching, and adoption initiatives for AI and automation tools.

• Assess and report on AI adoption, performance, and business results.

• Discover opportunities for ongoing improvement and innovation throughout the proposal lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with generative AI and agentic AI solutions, including automation workflows, prompt engineering, and AI-driven business applications.

• At least 5 years of experience in supporting healthcare proposal development, content management, compliance, or process optimization projects.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medicaid Managed Care, healthcare procurement, or a similar healthcare business setting.

• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other related Microsoft 365 technologies.

• Strong skills in project management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.

• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in proposal development, capture management, or government healthcare procurement.

• Experience in designing AI governance frameworks, knowledge management initiatives, and enterprise automation strategies.

• APMP certification or similar proposal management qualifications preferred.

• Project Management certification preferred.

• Experience in developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance metrics.

• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, technology, and content stakeholders.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
