This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of the Tech+Talent 2026 marketing strategy to fulfill essential business goals.
• Leverage market research to detect trends, customer demands, and insights that inform and shape our marketing approaches.
• Craft and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives.
• Develop clear and persuasive positioning and messaging for solutions that set Axiom's offerings apart, particularly highlighting Axiom’s AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with strategy, technology, and commercial teams to transform capabilities into customer-centric benefits, articulating these in marketing materials.
• Create compelling sales enablement resources, such as solution briefs, presentations, and case studies to bolster sales initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of our marketing strategy for new solution launches, ensuring seamless integration across various digital platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing communications to launch campaigns that enhance brand visibility and boost demand generation.
• Assess marketing campaign effectiveness and utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance strategies.
• Partner closely with sales teams to gather customer insights and improve solution selling techniques.
• Engage with strategy teams to provide market feedback that informs the prioritization of initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to integrate customer experiences into marketing narratives and success stories.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation for marketing initiatives.
• Identify and address potential risks to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
• Over 7 years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or a related field.
• Strong grasp of B2B marketing dynamics and experience in executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Proven program and project management capabilities, with a history of managing multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies for technology-based solutions.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting while juggling multiple priorities.
• Strong messaging skills, ideally with experience in marketing within the legal sector.
• Proficient in CRM applications (like Salesforce.com) and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot).
• Ability to convert strategic objectives into targeted, market-specific programs.
• Proven track record of achieving results in a high-growth, innovative, and fast-paced environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
