Senior Manager, Affiliate Marketing

📋 Description

• Affiliate Strategy & Management: Formulate and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies that support client business objectives related to revenue growth and customer acquisition.

• Program Ownership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of affiliate programs, which includes partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and continuous optimization. This entails daily oversight and providing strategic direction.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leadership teams in PR, Paid Media, and SEO to weave affiliate strategies into integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns.

• Performance Analysis: Evaluate affiliate performance metrics and data to spot trends, conduct forecasting, report on program health, and offer data-driven recommendations to enhance ROI.

• Client Communication: Act as the primary senior-level strategic consultant and relationship manager for top-tier clients, confidently leading high-stakes presentations, quarterly business reviews, and budget discussions.

• Platform Expertise: Maintain extensive knowledge of affiliate networks and platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN to guarantee optimal program management.

• Personnel Management: Directly supervise, mentor, and lead a team of Affiliate Strategists, cultivating a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.

• New Business & Audits: Assist in the affiliate strategy aspect of new business proposals and pitches, conducting thorough, high-level program audits and translating insights into compelling growth narratives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of affiliate experience - agency experience is mandatory.

• Proven track record in managing and scaling enterprise-level affiliate programs.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated capacity to influence C-suite clients and executives through data-driven strategies.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the capability to handle multiple client programs and deadlines concurrently.

• In-depth expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, CJ).

• Mastery of integrated marketing principles and experience in blending Affiliate with PR, influencer, and performance marketing strategies.
