• Take ownership of the account-based marketing strategy and execution for a selected portfolio of key, high-spend Enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales teams to facilitate bi-weekly one-on-one account planning sessions and create customized plans for individual accounts.
• Develop and implement account-based marketing initiatives that generate new leads, accelerate ongoing opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and provide exceptional account experiences.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales by pinpointing opportunities, addressing challenges, and aligning marketing initiatives with account priorities.
• Drive business results by meeting marketing KPIs and supporting sales and growth objectives; measure and deliver comprehensive reporting on program and account performance.
• Promote, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles as we expand globally and establish new offices.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in account-based marketing for B2B high-tech products or solutions.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong executive presence, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• A self-motivated mindset with robust leadership instincts and sound judgment.
