Senior Machine Learning/AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and create AI and Machine Learning solutions that meet the real business requirements of clients.

• Develop systems for intelligent document processing, optical character recognition (OCR), and data extraction.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver comprehensive data and AI solutions.

• Build and implement ML models in the Azure environment.

• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing business processes and systems.

• Contribute to the modernization of the Azure- and Databricks-based data platform.

• Ensure the quality, scalability, and security of the solutions developed.

• Actively participate in shaping the direction of AI initiatives for a global organization.

• Engage with modern technologies and projects that have a tangible impact on the client's business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.

• Proficient in working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

• Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, or comparable data platforms.

• Proven experience in building and developing OCR, information extraction, and document processing solutions.

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Knowledge of creating, training, deploying, and monitoring ML models in production settings.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify and deliver impactful AI use cases.

• Fluent in Polish.

• Intermediate English proficiency, at least B2 level.
