Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement robust, comprehensive machine learning solutions.

• Oversee and automate the entire machine learning lifecycle from development through to production.

• Partner with data engineers and data scientists to create highly scalable solutions.

• Incorporate machine learning solutions throughout the software development lifecycle and other technical domains.

• Assess cloud architectures for both performance and cost-effectiveness.

• Engage with teams and stakeholders to comprehend business challenges and propose technical solutions.

• Articulate technical concepts clearly and guide teams in adopting new advancements.

• Take ownership of the technical integrity of the ML lifecycle, cloud architecture performance, cost-effectiveness, and scalable solution delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience in data engineering or machine learning roles.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing and deploying machine learning solutions within production environments.

• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark.

• Strong familiarity with Docker, Git, Bash scripting, FastAPI, SageMaker Studio, Airflow, and CloudFormation, or similar technologies.

• Thorough understanding of data architectures and complex systems integration.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate software system issues.

• Extensive experience with contemporary cloud platforms, particularly AWS and GCP.

• Team-oriented with a curious mindset, self-learning capability, positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills.

• Experience in payments or other intricate financial systems is advantageous.
