This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive M365 consulting initiatives by collaborating closely with client stakeholders to align their business requirements with technological solutions.
• Engage in pre-sales activities for M365 projects, which encompass requirements gathering, client presentations, and project estimations.
• Develop solution architectures, migration strategies, and executive presentations for M365 Modern Workplace solutions.
• Conduct hands-on implementation tasks as part of consulting projects.
• Offer project leadership to team members and ensure the overall success and delivery of solutions.
• Interact directly with client IT, business, and executive teams throughout the duration of projects.
• Facilitate architecture reviews, governance boards, and design discussions with senior client stakeholders.
• Provide occasional escalation support for managed services clients or other project teams.
• Over 7 years of experience in customer-facing IT consulting roles, specifically within M365.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Azure.
• Proven experience in developing client-facing deliverables, such as solution architectures, project documentation, and root cause analysis reports.
• Experience in migrating enterprise-sized clients to Microsoft 365 solutions, including assessing and planning for end-user impacts and strategies.
• Familiarity with secure, enterprise-scale Azure environments, concentrating on infrastructure and aligned with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Capability to evaluate and modernize legacy infrastructure for cloud migration utilizing rehost, replatform, and refactor methodologies.
• In-depth expertise in Microsoft 365, encompassing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and associated services.
• Practical experience in implementing or managing Entra ID (Azure AD), including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies, and hybrid identity solutions through Entra Connect sync.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security tools, such as the Microsoft Defender Suite, Cloud App Security, Information Protection, and Entra ID Identity Protection is advantageous.
• Understanding of Microsoft Governance and Compliance tools, including Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Priva, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations for pre-sales and project-related work.
