This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Take charge of the comprehensive strategy, development, and enhancement of the company’s Loyalty Program aimed at boosting partner retention, booking frequency, and wallet share growth.
• Create and execute scalable loyalty mechanics (such as tiers, rewards, point redemption, and goal-based incentives) that align with commercial and retention goals.
• Examine partner behaviors, booking activities, and engagement patterns to uncover opportunities for performance improvements driven by loyalty initiatives.
• Assess and analyze the effectiveness of the loyalty program, including incremental benefits, ROI, and the influence on retention, gross margin, and partner lifetime value.
• Develop and sustain reporting frameworks for loyalty initiatives, encompassing automated performance tracking and routine business evaluations.
• Enhance loyalty program investments by pinpointing high-impact partner segments and preventing inefficient reward distribution or promotional misuse.
• Perform market and competitor benchmarking to recognize industry trends and best practices in loyalty program design.
• Specify business and functional requirements for new loyalty mechanics while collaborating with Product and Analytics teams to implement program improvements.
• Spearhead continuous testing and experimentation within the loyalty framework to elevate partner engagement and ensure consistent long-term activity.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Loyalty Programs, Retention Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, or Lifecycle Marketing roles.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, launching, and managing loyalty or incentive-based engagement programs.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to work with extensive datasets and extract actionable performance insights.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms and analytical tools for managing customer data and conducting behavioral analysis.
• Experience in assessing campaign or program effectiveness using metrics such as retention rate, frequency, or ROI.
• Proven experience collaborating across functions with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Data teams.
• Project ownership experience in initiatives focused on customer engagement or retention.
• A solid grasp of customer experience principles and methods for optimizing engagement.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.
