Senior Low Voltage Estimator – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee electrical estimates and provide cost consulting for Low Voltage B projects.

• Deliver accurate estimates and engage in cost planning activities.

• Contribute to feasibility studies and assist in drafting procurement reports.

• Execute procurement management tasks efficiently.

• Generate monthly post-contract cost reports and present findings to clients.

• Recognize and pursue opportunities to expand business with current clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Low Voltage B (Telecom, Security, Audio Visual, etc.) within large construction projects.

• A college degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline, along with relevant field experience.

• Strong presentation, verbal, written, and communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in advising clients on value management and life cycle costing.
