Senior Logistics Operations Specialist – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and ensure the seamless execution of daily operations.

• Coordinate and supervise time-sensitive last-mile deliveries.

• Assign open delivery orders to our network of delivery partners.

• Offer customer-oriented solutions for urgent and complex delivery requests.

• Actively participate in the enhancement, optimization, and automation of operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in logistics or relevant vocational training in logistics.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in dispatch and operational transport management.

• Professional and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills for interacting with delivery partners and customers.

• Dependability, a hands-on approach, and assertiveness.

• Proficiency in using logistics software.

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written) with a basic understanding of English.
