Senior Loan Support Analyst – Commercial Lending, Asset Backed Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Performs a range of complex transactions and processes by following standard procedures.

• Manages and/or reconciles diverse and intricate transactions according to established policies and protocols.

• Collaborates with internal and external business partners to route communications, documents, or other action items necessary to complete transactions.

• Identifies and may address exceptions; escalates issues as needed.

• May engage with customers and handle assigned accounts or portfolios.

• Ensures the availability of necessary materials and documentation to finalize transactions.

• May support the training and coaching of new employees.

• May act as a subject matter expert for the team.

• Provides responses and documentation for inquiries and ad hoc requests.

• Conducts research and offers feedback on workflow and incoming work.

• Examines transactions and related documents, verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with ACBS.

• Experience with wire transfers.

• Background in loan administration, particularly in the application of payments.

• Experience in account reconciliation.

• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.

• Experience in loan servicing.

• Knowledge of commercial loans.

• Background in operations.

• Bachelor's degree.
