This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee loan applications from the preliminary document collection stage through to settlement.
• Examine and interpret intricate income documents, such as personal tax returns, corporate financial statements, ATO notices of assessment (NOA), and profit & loss statements.
• Verify data, perform calculations, and ensure that files are compliant with Best Interest Duty (BID) and lender specifications.
• Prepare and submit well-organized, thoroughly documented loan applications to lenders via ApplyOnline / LIXI.
• Proactively monitor, manage, and resolve lender MIRs (More Information Required) to expedite applications towards formal approval.
• Perform regular rate reviews and submit repricing requests with current lenders to help clients secure competitive interest rates.
• Generate routine portfolio reports to identify clients who are due for annual reviews or follow-ups on fixed-rate expirations.
• Compose and dispatch templated client emails regarding pricing results, rate modifications, and refinancing possibilities.
• Ensure precise CRM data management and status updates within Connective Mercury / Nexus.
• Support in organizing client reviews and scheduling follow-up appointments for the Principal Broker.
• Work alongside the Principal Broker to document, enhance, and optimize repeatable processing workflows utilizing video (Loom) and contemporary AI tools.
• At least 2+ years of direct experience in processing residential mortgage loans in Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to read and analyze income documents for self-employed individuals, including business financial statements and intricate tax returns.
• Proficient in using Connective CRM tools (experience with Connective Mercury or Connective Nexus platform is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of Australian lender policies, ApplyOnline, and standard broking compliance (BID).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (comfortable drafting client-facing emails and engaging with Australian lender BDMs/credit assessors).
• Self-motivated individual: capable of problem-solving autonomously and functioning effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with SMSF (Self-Managed Super Fund) mortgage applications or exposure to commercial/asset finance files (Nice-to-Haves).
