Mortgage Loan Processor – High Net Worth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collect necessary documentation from borrowers and acquire relevant documents from third-party vendors in accordance with internal, client, and investor policies.

• Examine complete loan files to ensure that all documents are aligned with one another and the loan application system.

• Digitize hard-copy loan applications by scanning them into the system/shared drive for easy document access.

• Comprehend underwriting submission criteria prior to submission.

• Request necessary services and log these requests in the systems.

• Follow up on ordered services to reduce the time between ordering and receipt.

• Assess underwriting conditions and collaborate with both internal and external parties to address any additional conditions required for final approval.

• Coordinate with third parties and potential borrowers to arrange loan settlements following final approval.

• Convey information to clients and colleagues through both verbal and written communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as a mortgage loan processor.

• Experience with high net worth, non-conforming, or jumbo loans is preferred.

• Capability to calculate income.

• Ability to review and interpret asset statements.

• Proficient in reviewing, understanding, and identifying issues with Title.

• Skilled in reviewing, understanding, and identifying issues on Appraisals.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Solid and proven knowledge of Mortgage processes and skills.

• Exhibit analytical, organizational, and financial management capabilities.

• Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Flexibility to adapt and change as required.

• Familiarity with FNMA guidelines.

• Ability to review and interpret DU findings.
