Mortgage Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the financial statements and credit information of borrowers to assess their creditworthiness.

• Assist clients in preparing mortgage application documents and compiling necessary paperwork and credit data.

• Ensure mortgage disclosures comply with both federal and state lending regulations.

• Collaborate with real estate agents to clarify mortgage application requirements.

• Keep precise client records while safeguarding sensitive information.

• Provide updates and financial reports to the mortgage team.

• Facilitate timely and successful loan closings.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the mortgage or financial services sector, particularly in credit analysis or underwriting.

• Skilled in the use of mortgage software and financial analysis tools.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing financial modeling and data analysis.

• Knowledge of credit reporting systems and tools.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to interpret complex financial statements, credit reports, and various financial data.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Personal equipment required: computer with 8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newer), 512GB HDD/SSD, Windows 11 Home or Pro.

• Power backup, secondary/external monitor, noise-cancelling headset, and webcam.

• Minimum internet speed of 40-50 Mbps for both downloads and uploads.

• BIR registration/contributions necessary for contractor status.

• NBI or Police Clearance required.

• Valid government-issued ID.

• Availability to work from 7AM to 4PM Manila time, Monday to Friday.

• English proficiency test is mandatory.

• Completion of a personality test is required.

• Relevant references and background-check consent must be provided.

• Acceptance of system monitoring and safety tools is necessary.

• Independent contractor agreement governed by Singapore Law with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd.
