📋 Description

• Generating leads through self-sourcing methods

• Establishing enduring referral partnerships with contractors, builders, and real estate professionals

• Informing homeowners about how renovation loans create opportunities that traditional financing cannot

• Fostering business growth by dedicating over 50% of your time in the field rather than at a desk

• Implementing RenoFi’s strategy, Referral Machine, to enhance production on a monthly basis

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in mortgage origination

• Familiarity with renovation or construction lending is preferred

• Excellent analytical abilities to formulate and articulate complex loan scenarios

• Current NMLS license

• Exceptional skills in relationship-building and communication
