Senior Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to comprehend their financial goals and assist them throughout the mortgage application journey.

• Evaluate client financial situations, encompassing income, credit history, and debt commitments, to ascertain eligibility and suggest appropriate loan options.

• Inform clients about the different loan programs, terms, and rates that are available.

• Partner with internal departments to streamline loan processing and ensure timely closures.

• Safeguard the confidentiality and security of client information.

• Build enduring relationships with clients by providing outstanding service.

• Keep updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience as a Loan Originator or Mortgage Loan Officer, with a history of successfully closing loans.

• Comprehensive understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance standards.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools is preferred.

• NMLS licensing as required.
