This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Analyze, structure, and facilitate the origination of a variety of real estate loan products; guide borrowers from initial intake to closing while ensuring timely and precise execution.
• Proactively generate and convert leads, both incoming and prospect-based, into funded transactions; achieve personal production targets in monthly loan volume through consistent relationship development and effective deal structuring.
• Act as a reliable advisor by educating real estate investors on financing solutions, underwriting prerequisites, and loan program options; provide customized financial guidance to foster repeat business and long-term growth.
• Maintain accurate and current records of all borrower interactions, quoted deals, and loan progress within the company CRM to aid in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and marketing strategies.
• Enhance market presence by cultivating relationships with sponsors, brokers, and referrals, attending industry events, and identifying new business opportunities in targeted regions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing, underwriting, and loan closing, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout each transaction.
• Develop a thorough understanding of proprietary loan products and industry trends to represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and confidence in all borrower interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in real estate finance will be considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience, including at least two (2) years in hard money lending, asset-based lending, mortgage lending, or real estate investment.
• Extensive knowledge of loan origination, real estate finance, collateral valuation, private lending products, investor requirements, and relevant regulatory considerations.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners.
• Proven expertise in structuring short-term real estate loans and assessing asset-based risk.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar systems).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company lending regulations.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to guarantee timely loan closings.
• Advanced sales and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and sustain a robust pipeline.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly production and funding objectives.
