📋 Description

• Overseeing the billing operations and provider credentialing activities within the centralized billing office.

• Supervising billing personnel.

• Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of claims.

• Managing the credentialing processes for healthcare providers.

• Upholding compliance with regulatory standards.

• An adaptable, lively, and dynamic personality.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related discipline is essential.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or financial operations is required, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

• Comprehensive knowledge of billing procedures, coding, reimbursement practices, and healthcare regulations.

• Familiarity with billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

• Demonstrated success in driving process enhancements, attaining operational efficiencies, and maximizing revenue cycle performance.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a high-paced setting.

• Awareness of federal and state laws pertaining to billing, collections, provider credentialing, and healthcare privacy legislation.

• Preferred certifications include Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS), or Certified Professional Medical Services Manager (CPMSM).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

• A professional demeanor in both appearance and conduct.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
