This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Establish relationships with families and assist them in caring for their aging relatives by connecting them with Brookdale communities across the nation.
• Aid families in their search for senior housing or home-based care options.
• Identify Brookdale communities or other resources that align best with family requirements.
• Encourage prospects to visit communities and arrange appointments.
• Maintain and update customer and prospective customer databases while ensuring compliance with data quality standards.
• Cultivate leads through follow-up discussions and provide relevant information based on expressed needs.
• Assist Brookdale communities through outbound communications via calls and emails.
• Organize follow-up activities and community visits for potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with community sales and operations associates, acting as an extension of their sales team.
• Engage in interactive training, coaching, and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive departmental culture.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or appointment scheduling is preferred.
• Relevant experience in healthcare or call centers is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating personal computers and associated software.
• Knowledge of the aging process and the needs of older adults across various product lines.
• Capability to manage time, tasks, and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to evaluate and understand customers’ expectations, needs, and situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective listening abilities.
• A self-motivated individual with organizational and time-management skills who can function independently.
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, or nights as necessary for shift coverage.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, and visual tasks.
