Senior Litigation Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee prompt and precise responses to both domestic and international subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, bankruptcies, garnishments, letters from counsel, and various civil third-party inquiries.

• Liaise with opposing counsel and government entities concerning third-party requests, collaborating with attorneys and litigation team members to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.

• Draft and submit pleadings for litigation and arbitration cases, while providing paralegal support for ongoing litigation and arbitration issues in state and federal courts.

• Assess and enhance internal litigation processes, pinpointing workflow deficiencies and implementing operational improvements to boost team productivity.

• Assist with cross-functional legal operations initiatives, such as tool implementations, vendor assessments, or policy introductions as priorities emerge.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with direct management of civil subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, garnishments, and other high-volume third-party legal requests.

• A proven history of preparing and filing pleadings and supporting arbitration and litigation cases in both state and federal courts.

• Demonstrated capability to manage over 50 concurrent legal matters across various jurisdictions, meeting competing deadlines with impeccable accuracy in filings and correspondence.

• Knowledge of legal technology platforms for case management, document review, and e-discovery processes.

• Employs generative AI responsibly, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready results while enhancing workflow efficiency, reducing costs, and improving quality.
