Senior Litigation Counsel, Russian Language, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery matters across various jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.)

• Manage cases from start to finish, which includes legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement discussions, and liaising with local counsel

• Formulate litigation strategies

• Draft legal memoranda

• Organize case documentation and maintain knowledge bases

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in litigation/dispute resolution, either in a law firm or in-house (preferably in IT/fintech)

• Juris Doctor degree and active admission to practice law

• Proficiency in both Russian and English, in written and verbal communication

• In-depth understanding of civil procedure and evidence regulations

• Exceptional skills in legal research, analysis, and drafting

• Familiarity with e-discovery processes, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion, and LLMs

• Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills

• Preferred: solid knowledge of UK Common Law

• UK Law Solicitor qualification is beneficial, or a willingness to pursue it

• Experience in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

• Ability to work extended hours and readiness to travel
