This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deploy and manage applications in Docker/Container environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy applications on Azure.
• Provide remote customer support while deploying new/existing cameras within field environments.
• Proactively troubleshoot software issues affecting camera operations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Work with field technicians through mobile/IM interactions for all camera maintenance activities.
• Expected to work within an on-call rotation providing support during standard business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field demonstrating strong software development skills.
• Over 5 years of experience, with expertise in Linux.
• Experience working with at least one of the following: Azure, Python, and/or Docker (for managing containerized applications).
• Customer service experience and strong problem-solving skills, preferably with Edge IoT devices (monitoring and configuration), Linux support, or Azure.
• Understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies.
• Advanced communication skills in English.
• On-call support will be required 1-2 weekends per month.
