This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and consistently enhance lifecycle strategies and communication flows throughout the customer and user lifecycle.
• Create intricate, hyper-personalized CRM automations and journeys, including onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back initiatives.
• Proactively identify weaknesses and gaps in the lifecycle funnel and formulate specific communication strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM), Product, Product Marketing, and Growth to outline use cases, messaging strategies, and cross-channel experiments.
• Generate, refine, and evaluate channel-specific CRM content and messaging for email, push notifications, and in-app communications.
• Establish, implement, and carry out a systematic experiments and testing methodology for our CRM communications.
• Assess the performance of your initiatives based on established KPIs and business metrics to identify areas for optimization.
• Oversee the operational setup, quality assurance, and execution of CRM campaigns in HubSpot & CEP (Braze), in close coordination with our Senior CRM & Revenue Operations Manager.
• Ensure clear documentation of journeys, insights, and best practices for scalability.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing within an app or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in developing and optimizing lifecycle communications with measurable outcomes (we want to see your results!).
• Strong analytical skills related to funnels, retention, and user behavior.
• Excellent proficiency in CRM copywriting, user psychology, and messaging tailored to specific channels.
• Confident in utilizing CRM and app tools such as HubSpot, Braze, and similar platforms.
• Ability to independently formulate hypotheses and test them in a structured approach.
• Clear and professional communication skills when working with Product, Growth, and CRM & Revenue Operations teams.
• Proficient in German for copywriting and very good command of English.
• Experience in planning and executing structured A/B tests and working with experiment roadmaps in a CRM or lifecycle context.
• Background in continually developing and testing new CRM communication channels in close partnership with Senior CRM & Revenue Operations, such as SMS, WhatsApp, website chat, or chatbots.
• High level of autonomy within a well-defined CRM framework.
• Direct influence on retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Close collaboration with the Senior CRM & Revenue Operations Manager.
