This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the lifecycle strategy for impactful customer initiatives, crafting advanced customer journeys that enhance product adoption, engagement, expansion, retention, and long-term customer value.
• Spearhead lifecycle strategies for the launch of new products and feature releases, working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Analytics to optimize customer adoption and sustained engagement.
• Create tailored lifecycle programs that communicate the right message at the right time, mainly through email, while thoughtfully utilizing additional customer touchpoints when suitable.
• Foster a culture of experimentation by formulating hypotheses, designing thorough tests, assessing impact, and converting insights into scalable enhancements throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and experimentation outcomes to pinpoint gaps, discover growth opportunities, and influence lifecycle strategies.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics, Engineering, and Growth Marketing to provide cohesive, customer-centric experiences.
• Promote a customer-first mindset, ensuring every lifecycle experience enables customers to realize value promptly, deepen product adoption, and achieve improved outcomes.
• Over 7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, concentrating on customer growth, retention, and engagement, preferably within a B2B SaaS or product-led growth context.
• Proven track record in driving customer adoption, engagement, retention, and enduring customer value through strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Experience in formulating lifecycle strategies for new product launches, feature adoption, or other key growth initiatives.
• Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, able to identify opportunities, manage uncertainty, and independently create lifecycle strategies from inception to execution.
• Proficient with lifecycle marketing platforms (Braze is preferred), customer segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and performance analysis.
• Strong aptitude for interpreting customer behavior and product usage data, transforming insights into actionable strategies that yield measurable business results.
• Expertise in developing personalized, customer-first messaging that aligns with customer needs and drives meaningful product engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling experimentation programs, including hypothesis formulation, A/B testing, performance evaluation, and optimization.
• Exceptional project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks effectively, and adhering to deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the capacity to partner across Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics, Engineering, and Growth Marketing to achieve customer and business objectives.
