Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and direct the company's marketing strategy focusing on lead generation, email marketing, funnels, and conversion optimization.

• Create and continually test effective marketing hooks, messaging, and copy that resonate with the ideal customer.

• Construct, enhance, and oversee email segmentation, automation, and customer journey mapping.

• Evaluate marketing performance and proactively suggest improvements grounded in data and testing.

• Lead and coordinate with external marketing partners, including those involved in paid advertising, Instagram campaigns, website development, and other contractors.

• Collaborate closely with leadership on YouTube and podcast marketing strategies while emphasizing performance marketing enhancements.

• Refine landing pages, sales pages, and funnel performance to boost conversion rates.

• Establish scalable marketing systems and processes that facilitate long-term growth.

• Keep up-to-date with marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging best practices while swiftly testing new concepts.

• Utilize AI in a responsible manner to enhance efficiency, ensuring that all strategies, creativity, and final products reflect original human thought.

• Be hands-on in execution alongside the team instead of solely focusing on strategic aspects.

• Confidently present recommendations, insights, and performance updates to leadership with a sense of ownership.

• Excellent copywriting skills, with a proven track record in crafting compelling hooks and messaging.

• Experience in constructing and optimizing marketing funnels and email marketing systems.

• Solid understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and conversion optimization.

• Proven ability to manage external vendors, contractors, or agency partners.

• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities may shift.

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and ongoing improvement.

• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency while preserving originality and strategic thought.
