This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain strategic partnerships with current and prospective producers of profitable business within the designated marketing region.
• Accountable for generating new business through external sales and marketing efforts directed at brokers and agents within the assigned territory.
• Create further business opportunities by drafting correspondence and participating in trade shows.
• Responsible for ensuring renewal retention.
• Conduct sales calls to nurture and uphold long-lasting client relationships.
• Oversee and enhance existing business portfolios.
• Build a robust relationship with brokers and agents through on-site visits and timely resolution of client concerns.
• Track competitor pricing and industry trends to discern marketplace characteristics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
• A minimum of two years of relevant and progressive professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
• Advanced organizational and analytical capabilities; proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Informed about industry changes, legal updates, and technical advancements relevant to the Company's business to proactively adapt to the evolving business landscape.
• Intermediate proficiency and experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
