This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Assist in the activation, coordination, and enhancement of marketing initiatives aimed at key audiences and accounts.
• Collaborate closely with global audience marketing leaders, regional stakeholders, and sales partners to implement strategies that align with business goals, local market demands, and campaign performance objectives.
• Utilize insights from HR, talent management, and workforce learning trends to craft tailored messaging for targeted demographics.
• Work in tandem with global audience marketing leads to execute designated marketing activities for priority audiences and accounts, ensuring alignment with the overarching global strategy, sales objectives, and local market needs.
• Coordinate with global marketing teams and regional stakeholders to modify global campaign plans to suit local market requirements and facilitate effective execution.
• Contribute to team best practices by sharing insights and learnings from campaign outcomes.
• Maintain organized reporting and visibility into program status and results, using analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, reveal insights, and continuously refine programs.
• Stay informed about marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually elevate our marketing approach.
• Proven expertise in B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing.
• Demonstrated history of executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to foster alignment.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, capable of creating project plans and overseeing seamless execution.
• Analytical mindset, with proficiency in tracking performance, interpreting results, and suggesting optimizations.
• Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, or similar systems.
• Industry knowledge or experience in enterprise HR, talent management, workforce learning, or related sectors, with a focus on marketing to enterprise audiences (e.g., HR, L&D, technology leaders).
• Experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that utilize digital, direct mail, executive events, paid media, content personalization, and other relevant channels.
• Experience in activating B2B events (such as industry events, roundtables, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• This position is eligible for participation in an annual incentive program.
