📋 Description

• Perform in-depth legal research regarding global data privacy regulations

• Create and assess agreements and policies

• Track regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance

• Enhance legal workflows

• Oversee legal technology systems

• Assist in managing the contract lifecycle

• Work closely with IT, Security, and Product teams to uphold data governance frameworks

• Supervise the management of compliance policies and corporate records

• Convert complex legal requirements into practical guidance for cross-functional teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in legal operations or paralegal roles

• Ideally experience in SaaS or highly regulated industries

• Proven expertise in data privacy

• Proven expertise in legal research

• Proven expertise in managing corporate entities

• Excellent communication abilities

• High level of discretion

• Proficient with technology

• Capacity to translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance for cross-functional teams
