Senior Legal Counsel – Financial Partnerships, Regulatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements with financial partners

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from start to finish

• Keep standard form FP agreements updated and maintained

• Provide guidance to the Financial Partnerships and Sales teams

• Handle incoming legal and regulatory due diligence inquiries

• Draft and update legal memos, licensing summaries, and corporate documentation packages

• Evaluate the regulatory implications associated with new products

• Counsel Product and Engineering teams on legal limitations

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience

• Extensive knowledge of financial partnership contracts and payment regulations

• Ability to work independently with confidence

• Strong commercial awareness

• Highly meticulous and detail-focused

• Located in APAC or in a time zone that significantly overlaps with the team
