Senior Legal Counsel – Business Lawyer, SaaS/M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You serve as the legal engine that supports our clients as though you are their in-house legal department.

• You establish trust, lead negotiations, and manage contracts, data protection, compliance, and other legal aspects.

• You assist in developing and maintaining our internal legal workflows, standard contracts, knowledge databases, and templates.

• You provide ideas on enhancing our work processes, tools, and interfaces.

• You play an active role in shaping our service architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• First State Examination in Law or a comparable qualification (e.g., Master in Business Law) with above-average grades.

• A minimum of 3–6 years of professional experience, preferably within a legal department or in-house setting.

• Knowledge in contract law, data protection, and compliance; familiarity with employment law and corporate law is advantageous.

• An interest in process optimization, tools, and automation.

• Capability to work independently, take the initiative, and communicate effectively.

• Proficiency in German (C2) and fluent in English.
