This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven workflows, applications, agents, and automation solutions for the production and management of learning content.
• Construct and deploy tailored AI solutions utilizing development environments, LLM APIs, enterprise AI platforms, and automation technologies.
• Create and refine prompt architectures, context management strategies, and multi-step AI workflows.
• Assess and implement cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of learning development.
• Develop automation solutions that integrate learning systems, business platforms, and operational toolchains.
• Generate technical documentation, standard operating procedures, templates, and reusable assets.
• Convert technical concepts into actionable guidance for instructional designers and business stakeholders.
• Mentor learning professionals on AI-enhanced workflows and emerging technologies.
• Design and utilize learning measurement strategies, employing analytics to discern trends and opportunities.
• Assist with event tracking, telemetry design, and reporting for learning technologies.
• Evaluate pilot programs and innovation initiatives through quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Investigate and swiftly prototype new learning technologies, AI tools, and delivery methodologies.
• Execute proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs.
• Create minimum viable products that demonstrate business impact and scalability.
• Design and maintain integrations among learning platforms, content systems, AI applications, and enterprise technologies.
• Utilize APIs, automation frameworks, and data exchanges to optimize learning operations.
• Support enterprise learning ecosystems, including LMS, CMS, mobile learning, and content delivery platforms.
• Collaborate with technology partners and stakeholders to enhance systems and drive innovation.
• Report to a Manager or Senior Manager within the Learning Organization.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Education, Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in learning technology, instructional technology, software-enabled learning development, automation, AI solutions, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in developing technical solutions, automation workflows, or learning technology systems.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
• Preferred: experience with Python, scripting languages, or similar development tools.
• Preferred: experience with VS Code, Jupyter Notebooks, or comparable development platforms.
• Preferred: experience in building, customizing, or deploying AI-powered applications, workflows, copilots, agents, or chatbots.
• Preferred: familiarity with generative AI platforms, large language models, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Preferred: experience with Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Preferred: familiarity with API integrations, JSON payloads, and data exchange concepts.
• Preferred: experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Preferred: experience with learning platforms, content management systems, mobile learning solutions, or enterprise LMS environments.
• Preferred: familiarity with SCORM or xAPI.
• Preferred: experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Miro, or similar learning technologies.
• Preferred: experience in retail, frontline workforce environments, or large-scale enterprise organizations.
• Remote/Virtual work arrangement.
• Overnight travel typically constitutes less than 5% of the time.
