This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• In the role of Senior Learning Experience Designer (LED), you will be tasked with the design, development, and contextualization of premium GA learning programs aimed at enterprise, technical, and professional audiences.
• This position necessitates a robust foundation in learning experience design, exceptional program development and project management abilities, and proficiency with AI tools and the latest workplace technologies.
• Your responsibility will include crafting practical, results-oriented learning experiences that empower learners to develop pertinent skills and apply them confidently in real-world scenarios.
• A thorough understanding of how contemporary AI tools are utilized in workplace settings is essential, along with the capacity to translate that understanding into applied activities, labs, simulations, facilitator guides, assessments, and tailored client adaptations.
• You will oversee project management and collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, product managers, learning designers, assessment specialists, vendors, and client-facing teams to create learning experiences that address current market demands, emerging capabilities, and practical workplace applications.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related discipline, with considerable experience in developing instructor-led training content.
• Proven ability to design high-quality learning experiences tailored for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
• Extensive experience in creating practical, outcome-focused learning materials such as slides, facilitator guides, activities, assessments, case studies, labs, simulations, and learner resources.
• Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners throughout the content development process.
• Strong grasp of instructional design methodologies, including Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, practice-based learning, and adult learning principles.
• Capability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences, encompassing leaders, business teams, functional teams, and technical practitioners.
• Proficient use of current AI tools, with the ability to employ these tools for designing, prototyping, evaluating, and enhancing learning experiences.
• Demonstrated experience in designing learning experiences related to AI, emerging technology, data, digital transformation, technical skills, or the adoption of workplace technologies.
• Strong foundational knowledge of AI concepts, including generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, machine learning, AI agents, ethical AI, responsible use, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Experience in designing practical, hands-on learning activities that may incorporate AI tools, labs, case studies, simulations, workflow exercises, or tool-based practice.
• Proven track record of collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into structured, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools.
• Willingness to adjust your schedule to participate in meetings across various time zones, particularly in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities, tools, and client needs shift rapidly.
