This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and design impactful learning programs customized for a dynamic support environment.
• Create engaging e-learning modules, video tutorials, job aids, and simulations.
• Collaborate with Support Leadership and Quality Assurance to conduct gap analyses.
• Produce micro-learning content and searchable knowledge assets.
• Utilize metrics to assess effectiveness and enhance programs.
• Over 3 years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design, ideally in a SaaS or Customer Support enablement setting.
• Proven track record of developing engaging digital content.
• Outstanding writing abilities.
• Capability to analyze data and suggest improvements.
• Proficient in ADDIE, SAM, or Backward Design methodologies.
• Skilled in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Cornerstone.
• Ability to convert technical product briefs into compelling narratives.
• Flexibility to adapt swiftly when product features evolve.
