
Senior Learning & Development Analyst – OKRs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the ongoing management, identify enhancements, and implement activities related to OKRs, strategic projects, and the organization's metrics rituals;
• Work in partnership with the Career and Performance teams to ensure that cycles align with performance and the company's strategy;
• Conduct training sessions and engagement activities for leaders, as well as facilitate and organize OKR rituals;
• Advocate for the upkeep and continuous advancement of the OKR champions program;
• Execute data and metrics analysis, compile reports, and conduct L&D/Performance assessments to identify needs, proposing and implementing development projects that align with the company's strategy.
• Proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D);
• Practical experience with OKRs, including teaching, supporting their design, and implementing/structuring rituals;
• Background in developing and/or facilitating initiatives that focus on performance and strategic rollout utilizing AI-first solutions;
• Experience in designing workflows and automations using AI and integrating tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini + Google Workspace + Slack + Confluence/LMS), ensuring effective adoption and quality;
• Skill in translating concepts into practical tools (templates, scripts/playbooks, guides, frameworks);
• Data-driven mindset with an emphasis on continuous improvement (defining metrics and tracking progress);
• Experience in product/technology settings or in organizations undergoing growth or transformation.
