This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of three essential components of our learning initiatives: managing revenue with enterprise clients, providing didactical consulting, and designing enterprise learning programs along with trainer oversight.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with our clientele, gaining insight into their specific training requirements and challenges.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issues concerning our learning programs.
• Supervise the comprehensive learning experience for our participants, guaranteeing a smooth and engaging journey while utilizing AI and technological solutions to improve learner outcomes.
• Equip trainers with the essential resources, tools, and backing needed to deliver top-notch training programs.
• Promote a cooperative atmosphere among trainers, encouraging knowledge exchange and ongoing enhancement.
• Create and uphold detailed project plans for learning initiatives, including timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of learning programs, ensuring they meet customer satisfaction.
• Conduct live training sessions with enterprise clients on topics such as genAI, Low Code, or Process Automation alongside experienced specialists in these fields.
• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
• Over 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, ideally working with L&D Departments of large corporations.
• Proven experience in designing learning programs, particularly blended learning strategies.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with experience in consultancy/agency or rapidly growing B2B edtech environments.
• Exceptional skills in training or workshop facilitation.
• Knowledge of enterprise client communication with a demonstrated ability to listen, persuade, and provide support.
• Independent working style, a high level of dedication, and a service-oriented approach.
• A solid understanding of AI and automation technologies.
• Basic knowledge of L&D and IT frameworks within large organizations.
• Capable of simplifying complex concepts for beginners in digital, analytical, and technical domains.
