This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary leader for the management learning program portfolio, overseeing the complete operational execution, program and content design, content maintenance, logistics, and delivery.

• Oversee promotional messaging, communication timelines, and learning transfer initiatives (including pre- and post-session communications) to enhance enrollment and visibility.

• Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning programs for managers up to Senior Directors, primarily in the US and Canada, with occasional sessions in EMEA and APAC.

• Adapt content and pacing dynamically in response to learner understanding and real-time feedback.

• Offer tailored guidance, support, and coaching to managers and directors to boost their effectiveness.

• Curate and evaluate both internal and external content, supervise regular content reviews with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and maintain relevant materials to ensure they align with business changes.

• Proactively integrate AI into the instructional design process—utilizing it as both an analytical and creative tool to generate ideas, assess learner needs, and develop instructional materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience in a relevant field.

• Over 6 years of experience in learning and development, emphasizing program management, facilitation/delivery, coaching, and program design.

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.

• Coaching certification is advantageous.

• Proven ability to engage audiences, provide deep coaching, and share knowledge to enhance organizational performance through structured teaching and coaching in both in-person and virtual environments.

• Ability to strategically leverage AI tools to enhance problem-solving and innovation, while critically assessing outputs for accuracy and bias.

• Established capability to strategically plan, coordinate, and implement a portfolio of interrelated projects across the organization, ensuring they align with strategic goals.

• Skills in change leadership to balance collaboration with achieving results.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in managing the lifecycle of specific projects, delivering defined objectives within budget, scope, and time constraints.

• Familiarity with behavioral assessments such as DiSC, Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, Insights Discovery, etc.
